A Tutorial for Using CyberDuck on an Apple Mac

Ross McKillop at SimpleHelp.com has written an excellent tutorial on how to use CyberDuck on a Mac. I liked it so much that I gave it a Stumble but I also wanted to include it here.

I began blogging on the Windows platform and FTP (file transfer protocol) was completely foreign to me. I was so green that I really didn’t even know what it meant. (I’ve come a long way in eight months!)

Soon after I started learning about FTP, I switched over to Mac - and the FTP client I was using on Windows was not compatible.

Forced to choose a new FTP client, I looked at two applications: Fetch (you pay for it) and CyberDuck (free!).

I so wanted to use CyberDuck but I found the help section on the site to be lacking. Already overwhelmed, I decided to go with Fetch - which I really like.

So, now that you know my story, I came across this tutorial that Ross put together and I just had to share. Hopefully this will help some of you avoid the FTP headaches that I went through.
