When Do You Comment?

submit_url = ‘http://blogresourcesonline.com/2008/05/10/when-do-you-comment/’;I have seen a lot of discussion lately about blog comments. Some say it is a waste of time. Others find commenting to be a good tool to increase blog traffic.
Being a middle of the road person - I see both sides of this debate and have not abandoned commenting all together.
